Payment
After placing an order, MegaParts.cy verifies availability, supplier conditions, delivery cost and the final total. Payment is made only after the order has been checked and confirmed by us.
Available payment methods
Cash
Cash payment is available only in person at our office and only before the order is sent for processing/shipment.

Online card payment
If you selected card payment, after the order is checked and its status is updated, a payment link will be sent to your email.
Card payments are processed online via Stripe.
Bank transfer
If you selected bank transfer, the invoice can be downloaded in your personal account on the website, inside your order.
The invoice and order page will include the bank details required for payment.
Payment process
- You place an order on the website.
- MegaParts.cy checks availability, delivery conditions and timing.
- The order status is updated after verification.
- Depending on the selected payment method, you receive a payment link, invoice or pay cash at the office.
- After payment is received, the order is sent to the supplier for processing.
Refunds
If a refund is approved by MegaParts.cy, it will be processed using the same method by which the payment was originally made.
- If paid via Stripe, the refund is processed through Stripe.
- If paid via bank transfer, the refund is made by bank transfer.
- If paid in cash, we will contact you to arrange a cash refund at the office.
